Welcome to my website

Hi, I would like to introduce myself, I am Michelle Brown, a lively fun-loving lady, who has lots of life experience. I Live with my Partner Dale in my hometown of Nottingham. I have two Daughters Aimee & Lauren, who have grown up and flown the nest, so it’s me Dale, and our two adorable Cavalier King Charles Spaniels Millie & Meg.

I have been in the hairdressing industry for over 30yrs, with owning and running my own full on commercial salons until 2020. Then I decided to have a home salon built in my garden, which I love so much, this is a peaceful and tranquil place to work in, this is my happy place and lends itself to my creativity and imagination. I’ve always kept myself on trend with the latest styles and technique’s, by attending advance courses within the trade, Im a big believer in keeping up with the latest styles, trends and technique’s in order to provide my clients with the best service and options. This includes international experience as well as in the UK.

I enjoy the creativity side of hairdressing, along with giving clients that feel good factor about themselves. The smile on a clients face when they look in the mirror and see the transformation in front of them is the reason i love my job so much and gives me so much satisfaction.

I am always honest with clients and offer alternatives if the style they have chosen doesn’t suit their face or hair type, which has ensured i have a full client base continuously. Despite having a multitude of experience gained over the last 30 years, when doing hair for that special occasion whether it be a wedding, prom, business, personal or just wanting that glamorous look, I wanted to have as much knowledge and expertise on this side of hairdressing that I could, so in 2018 I decided to perfect and upgrade my skills and I’ve not stopped since!

My aim and promise to myself is to keep up to date with all the latest trends within the bridal artistry world and beyond. This has included 1-2-1 training with Kasia Fortuna at Kristina Gasperas Beauty Academy and I am also a member of the online Academy.

I’ve also attended a bridal hair workshop of Hannah Taylor along with being a member of the lifetime online education academy. As well as online workshops and Training sessions. The challenge of ensuring every client has that bespoke look to suit their looks and personality is addictive and I look forward to making individuals hair desires come to fruition.
