TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please ensure that you have read and understood all  the terms and conditions listed below If you are proceeding with a bridal hair booking with Michelle Brown Bridal Hair and have secured your non-refundable deposit.

This document forms part of the agreement for bridal hair services between yourself and Michelle Brown Bridal Hair. Upon booking you agree that you have read and agree to all of the terms listed below.

BOOKING & PAYMENTS

For all bookings with Michelle Brown Bridal Hair a non-refundable deposit of £150  is required to hold and secure your date. This then can be redeemed off your final balance. Your date will be held for 24hrs from booking. The date will only be guaranteed once in receipt of your deposit. Your booking will be cancelled after 24hrs  without deposit. Final balance must be paid at least  28 days prior to the wedding date. Payments can be made via bank transfer or visa debit.

CHANGE OF DATE 

On changing your wedding date you will loose your deposit of £150. This is non negotiable.

If you rearrange your wedding date within 12 weeks of your original wedding day you will owe the balance in FULL.

CANCELLATIONS 

You reserve the right to cancel your booking at any point prior to the wedding day. Please note that the following charges will apply

Loss of non – refundable deposit of £150

12 weeks’ notice must be given for cancellations otherwise outstanding balance will be due in FULL.

TRAVEL EXPENSES

There is a 50p charge per mile round trip from NG6 0LE to the wedding location. 

Parking fees are also chargeable for all bookings that do not provide free parking, please confirm any parking fees at the time of booking.

RESPONSIBILITY OF CLIENT

The client should inform Michelle Brown of any issues that may affect the use of equipment or products. This includes sensitivities, allergies and medical conditions. Michelle can not be held liable for any loss or damage that is incurred due to the client’s failure to inform the stylist of any known conditions. I reserve the right to refuse services to the client or members of the party at risk.

PHOTOGRAPHY 

Michelle will always ask the client for permission before taking a photograph, which may be used on social media or the website. Agreeing to have your picture taken is agreeing for the use of the picture on social media platforms, advertising purposes and the website. Personal client details will not be passed on to any unknown 3rd party.

It is important  that we continue to update our portfolio and demonstrate our work to future prospective brides. Please let us know in advance if you do not wish to be photographed.

DATA PROTECTION

Any personal data collected from you will be stored safely and securely and under no circumstances will be passed to a third party. All records will be destroyed within a set time frame following the data protection law
